2 STEP PROCESS:

REGISTRATION FORM + $10 DEPOSIT

BOTH STEPS MUST BE COMPLETED TO SECURE YOUR STUDENT’S SPOT IN CLASS. (UNFORTUNATELY, CHARTER FUNDS TYPICALLY MAY NOT BE USED FOR THIS NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT. PLEASE CHECK WITH YOUR CHARTER FOR THEIR POLICIES.)

PLEASE BE SURE TO SELECT THE CORRECT COURSE IN THE PULL-DOWN MENU.

Charter homeschoolers:

An approved PO certificate must be in place PRIOR to beginning any class. Please be sure to request your PO in a monthly format.

Three payment options are available for independent home-schoolers.

1. Two full semester payments made prior to the first day of each quarter: Aug 30 and Jan 10.
2. Four quarterly payments made prior to the first day of each quarter: Aug 30, Oct 31, Jan 10, and Mar 14.
3. 10 monthly automatic payments. Must subscribe online in August or 1 week prior to beginning class.

I understand a non-refundable $10 registration fee is required to complete registration. If my Charter will not pay this fee, it is my responsibility to pay it now.

ONLY Check here if your Charter WILL pay for the registration fee on your first PO. In the event, they do not, you understand that you are responsible to pay it prior to beginning class.

I understand that I MUST inform Science2U within 7 days if I decide to drop or withdraw from any Science2U class by sending an email to jill@science2u.com and notifying my instructor personally or by email. I understand that I am responsible for any charges incurred or payments due if I fail to do so.
